What about ratios? How many children will be in my child’s class?
At all our centres, we ensure that staff to child ratios, as outlined in the National Childcare Regulations, are either met, or exceeded. The numbers of staff to children required varies according to the age grouping of the children, as does the maximum number of children in any of our groups. For further information on this, please speak to your centre director for more detailed information on this.
What will it cost?
Contact your preferred centre today for a quote. All centres offer sessional care to help maximise your Child Care Subsidy entitlements. For more information on this, please speak to the centre director.
What sort of government assistance is available to me?
Centrelink provide financial assistance for most families who access childcare through the Child Care Subsidy scheme.

The amount of Child Care Subsidy you will be entitled to will depend on three things:

  • How much ‘work related’ activity you and your partner undertake each fortnight. The entitlement is based on the lesser activity figure for a member of a couple.
  • What your family income is.
  • The child care fees you pay, calculated on an hourly basis.

You will need to report changes in both income and activity to Centrelink, while we will be reporting on our fees.

To access Child Care Subsidy for your child, contact Centrelink on 13 61 50 or online at centrelink.gov.au
